We purchased a semi-inground pool from Cincy Pool and Patio. Overall, I would recommend them. They worked with us on our backyard layout, which was best suited for this type of pool and the area we had available. While there were a few delays in addressing some questions and some adjustments to the pool equipment, Matt and Mark have stood behind their work, and we are very happy.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Cincinnati Pool and Patio for nearly 10 years now, ever since they installed our inground pool. From the very beginning to today, their team has been consistently knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful.
Like any large project, there were a few minor hiccups along the way—weather delays and occasional equipment issues—but what truly sets them apart is how they handle things. Communication has always been prompt and clear, and they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.
I most often work with Mark and Matt, who are absolutely fantastic, but honestly, everyone I’ve interacted with—including Cameron and Crissy—has been just as friendly and helpful. Anytime we’ve had questions about pool chemicals or maintenance, they take the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and walk us through the best solution. It’s clear they stay up to date on the latest and best practices in pool care.
Whether it was our original pool installation, purchasing chemicals, finding the right cleaning equipment, or getting solar and winter covers, they’ve been our go-to every step of the way. I was just there this week to order a new liner, and once again, the experience was seamless.
While I’ve stopped into other pool stores here and there, none compare to the level of service and trust we’ve found here. Our loyalty will always be with the amazing team at Cincinnati Pool and Patio. Highly recommend!

Cincinnati pool and patio is the best pool company in Cincinnati by far. They gave us the lowest price bid of any other Pool company and did an amazing job. The staff is amazing and so very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in having an inground or above ground Pool put in. The landscaping design they came up with for our backyard was amazing. and made it fit perfectly to our desire. We were so happy with the finished product.
